Luana Belmondo, host of cooking shows, this Saturday simmered a gourmet recipe easy to reproduce at home, live, in front of the public, in Thionville. A gourmet rendezvous that was on the menu for the Italian fortnight offered by the Thionville Merchants Association and the Trade Office. Seventy people followed the steps of the day’s recipe at Puzzle: a beetroot risotto, made in all simplicity, using local products. Bon appetite!
