Libreville, April 1, 2023 – The Executive Secretariat of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG), led by the Party’s Secretary General, Steeve Nzegho Dieko, handed over, this Saturday, basic necessities and financial aid to three orphanages in Greater Libreville, as part of the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the creation of this political party.
The CEO’s delegation went first to the reception center and orphanage “The house of joy, the hand of the Lord”, in Essassa in the 3rd arrondissement of the commune of Ntoum. There, 28 children made up of orphans and the destitute were able to benefit from this outpouring of solidarity from the ruling party.
The same ritual was observed at the “Maison de l’esperance”, in the ‘Soduco’ district, in the 5th arrondissement of the commune of Libreville. This reception structure has 54 orphaned and abandoned children.
The same goes for ‘SOS Mwana’, which is also a center for the care of orphaned children and those whose parents are destitute.
The CEO’s Executive Secretariat provided donations of basic necessities, gas cookers, for cooking, and financial assistance.
Wherever he went,6⁷⁶ Steeve Nzegho Dieko recalled that the actions taken in these three shelters fall within the framework of my solidarity policy advocated by the president of the party, Ali Bongo Ondimba.

« I therefore wanted, as part of the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the CEO, to take these actions in order to help our children by making a number of donations. It is a way for us to show solidarity on behalf of the Distinguished Comrade President Ali Bongo Ondimba. It is in his name that I came to see you with the entire delegation made up of the Executive Secretariat and my cabinet“, he continued.
In return, the beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction and joy for the act of solidarity. Without forgetting to address a prayer to the Secretary General of the PDG and his suite, so that they benefit from the blessings of God who is ” the father of widows and orphans« .
