And in a previous radio interview, Dr. Sabri Abdel Raouf – a professor at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif University – said during the open period of the program (With Those Who Fast) on the waves of the Holy Quran Radio: Yes, Ramadan bags may be taken out to non-Muslims; Charities we give only for the sake of God Almighty, and our religion calls for righteousness and benevolence to man.
