“In response to this, the municipality is also forced to engage a lawyer,” the mayor writes. That lawyer has sent a letter to the status holders: those who do not want to sign the lease must leave the hotel around April 1, 2023, if necessary forced to leave. Three households have signed the lease, the other 34 have not yet.
