Gurgaon Office Altercation: Colleague Shot by 23-Year-Old in Chair Dispute

A financial firm employee in Gurugram, India, was shot after a co-worker opened fire during an argument over a chair. Vishal, the victim, was seriously injured and taken to a private hospital, while his attacker, Aman Jangra, fled the scene. Gurugram police lodged an FIR under section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25-54-59 of the Arms Act. According to Vishal, he and Jangra had argued over the chair on Tuesday before reigniting their dispute the following day. Jangra has since been identified and is being sought by authorities.
