The firm ACG Affaires is looking for a collaborator lawyer in business law (dominant corporate)
Integrated into the ACG group established in Reims, Troyes, Châlons-en-Champagne and Paris, bringing together a total of 35 lawyers around 11 legal specialties, the ACG Affaires firm is in an expansion phase while maintaining a human size.
Within ACG Affaires, you will work with two associate lawyers on a wide range of corporate and tax issues (consultations and studies, drafting of contracts and documentation in corporate law, tax law, reorganization of professional assets and tax litigation).
Holder of a master 2 in business law (DJCE profile or equivalent desirable) and CAPA.
Junior profile accepted.
Dynamic, autonomous and seeking experience with room for improvement in a law firm, you want to flourish on cross-cutting subjects in business law while benefiting from the multiple experiences of a team with profiles of complementary specialties and pedagogues.
