The Public Authority for Manpower has tightened restrictions on foreigners working in the legal sector in Kuwait. A law degree is mandatory for those working in this field.
Currently 4576 people are working in legal specialist posts in government and private sectors. It is also suggested that their eligibility certificates should be scrutinized at the time of visa renewal. He also warned that strict action will be taken if fake certificates are found.
Some posts in the legal field will be reserved for natives. The authority also said that only those with a law degree will be allowed for research.
