He stinks. Organic cattle farmer Alois Kiegerl has had enough. The West Styrian wants to do something about the bad reputation of organic cows as alleged climate sinners. That’s why he initiated a public themed evening in the Lassnitzhaus Deutschlandsberg. “We need good food and an alpine pasture. The cows are on the pasture, it is managed sustainably and resource-saving and slaughtered stress-free,” he says.
