New Delhi: After Rahul Gandhi’s disqualification, Congress held a meeting of MPs at the parliamentary office. 17 opposition representatives are participating in the meeting. Reportedly, Trinamool Congress is also participating in the meeting.
DMK, Samajwadi Party, Janata Dal United, RSP, Aam Aadmi Party, CPI(M), CPI, RJD, NCP, I Opposition parties like UML, MDMK, Kerala Congress and Shiv Sena UBT are also participating in the meeting.
Meanwhile, Manish Tiwari had given a notice for an urgent motion in the Lok Sabha asking to discuss the process of disqualifying Rahul Gandhi. Highby Eden MP has also given urgent motion notice.
The opposition leaders will reach the Parliament wearing black clothes. The Congress had earlier asked the opposition parties to wear black clothes to protest the action against Rahul Gandhi.
