On this occasion, the Municipal Music Band- Santa Cecilia musical group together with the Cuban singer Arahí Martínez will review Latin rhythms such as Bolero, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, etc.
Arahí Martínez was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. He comes from a family of musicians and singers, beginning his artistic career at the age of 4, forming the musical duo “HERMANAS CARRANZA” together with his sister Elizabeth. At the age of 19, he began his solo artistic journey as part of a salsa group called “SOMOS JÓVENES”.
She continues her career as a vedette in the prestigious show “MARIFIESTA” at the Hotel Internacional de Varadero, under the direction of maestro Andrés Gutiérrez. Very soon she receives her proposals. She records the album “CARÁCTER LATINO 2002” with the Warner Music label, where she interprets a song composed by herself called “Make me go crazy”, and in which numerous artists from the international scene of the moment intervene such as Alex Ubago, Marta Sánchez.
