Reverol specified that the purpose of this program is to update the data of the more than 1 million 600 thousand users of the electric service in these states, and that those subscribers who have a debt with the service can cancel it through a single payment.
He explained that the residential sector has been divided into three levels: the social residential sector, the general residential sector, which consume a certain number of kilowatts per hour, and the high-consumption sector.
Commercial section
He clarified that the industrial and commercial sector will continue to be served in the more than 300 Comprehensive User Service Centers (Ciau), which are located throughout the national territory, reports Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
Third phase
Reverol explained that the service points will be deployed in shopping malls, squares, among other public places. He also announced that this program will soon have two more phases, the third will reach the Central Capital region and the fourth will be implemented in the Oriental region and Guayana.
Zulia up to date
The plan already had a first phase that lasted more than 100 days in Zulia state, where almost 300,000 subscribers and users updated their data, registered again and paid a linear fee for all the debts they had from previous years.
For Reverol, the guarantee of a good service falls on the subscribers. “We want to catch up with all the services to guarantee the proper functioning of the National Electric System in the country,” he emphasized.
