Consultant cardiology, arterial catheterization, nuclear and tomography, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr confirmed that there are cases in which patients with heart disease and diabetes must break their fast immediately, even if there is only one minute left before the Maghrib call to prayer, including a drop in blood sugar to less than 70 with or without symptoms, and a drop in systolic pressure to less than 90 with Dizziness, rapid heartbeat, severe pain in the middle of the chest, and fainting.
