Some time ago, the feud between Syakir Daulay and his family caused a stir. It was so hot that the family branded Zikri Daulay’s younger brother as a disobedient child because he had not been home for two years.
This immediately made the image of the religious Syakir Daulay fade in the eyes of netizens. Nevertheless, the 21-year-old actor is not worried about what netizens think of him today.
“I’m not worried about anything,” said Syakir Daulay when met at Trans TV Studio, Tendean, South Jakarta.
Even though he was once labeled as a rebellious child, Syakir Daulay does not regret this because he thinks that what has happened to him is already written in destiny.
“What has happened has happened and Syakir has never regretted it, let alone hurt his parents. Yes, that’s the way it is, what do you want to do next,” said Syakir Daulay.
In the midst of the problems he faces, Syakir Daulay tries to see this in a positive way.
“(Syakir tried) how in the midst of a problem, Syakir turned this into a positive thing,” said Syakir Daulay.
On the same occasion, Syakir Daulay revealed that he was actually happy with this problem because according to him, this was a rebuke from Allah so that he could introspect himself.
“I’m also one of the happy ones, I rarely get into trouble, when I get this problem I’m happy that I can do self-introspection,” said Syakir Daulay.
With yesterday’s problems, Syakir Daulay even felt closer to Allah.
“O Allah, it must be the same as those whose hearts are broken, I feel close to Allah,” he concluded.
