“It depends a lot. You may be able to finish Redfall in 20 hours if you hurry, but many people will take longer, especially if they are dealing with Safe Houses, Nests, world tours. There’s also this whole system called Grave Locks that allows you to upgrade some of your powers. I think that the lovers of completing will be satisfied. And then, of course, you might want to switch characters.”
About 20 hours of gameplay, during which we will learn the main storyline, and in addition, the game will have a lot of areas to explore and further activities. There is no shortage of character levels in Redfall and we should get 12-15 lvl the first time we complete the game, but this is only the beginning of the fun – heroes will get a maximum of 40 lvl. Players are also to be encouraged to check other characters, which will also increase the time spent in position.
Arkane also confirmed that there will be no microtransactions in Redfall or we will not be buying items in the in-game store. However, the studio has plans and wants to support positions – players can count on additional weapons, outfits, monsters or characters. The developers will provide a “strong year of updates”.
