A Norwegian man in his 40s appears in court in England, charged with having castrated men and selling films of this on the internet.
The man, known as the “eunuch maker” appeared in Westminster magistrates court on Wednesday, according to the PA news agency, reproduced by, among others The Guardian.
He is charged with grievous bodily harm. The Norwegian is accused of being the leader of a movement which is said to have been responsible for up to 29 cases of so-called extreme body changes, as well as, among other things, the sale of body parts. Nine men have been charged, and they appeared in various courts in London and Wales on Wednesday.
All the victims in the cases are said to have been part of a movement that has body modifications carried out voluntarily.
