The Kolon Group announced on the 22nd that it had supplied key parts for the launch project of the test launch vehicle ‘Hanbit-TLV’ independently developed by the domestic startup ‘Innospace’, which was held on the 21st (local time).
Among Kolon Group affiliates, Kolon Deck Composite, which has specialized composite material parts and module manufacturing know-how for aerospace, defense, and urban mobility, was in charge of supplying major parts. Kolon Group also invested 1 billion won in Innospace in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In 2021, Kolon Glotech, a mobility materials and parts affiliate, invested 6 billion won and Kolon Investment invested 2.8 billion won. Kolon Group’s stake is 17.7%, the largest among outside investors.
