NVIDIA’s CEO discloses tenure plan in recent statement

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said he wants to run the company for about 80 more years. Of these, 40 years he will be in human form, and the rest of the time – a robot. He announced this in an interview with CNBC.

Well, as you can see, I am cheerful, full of enthusiasm and energy. I am surrounded by wonderful people who inspire me and I realized that we can do great things together and they give me great confidence in what we can do and what impact we can have. I think I’m making a real difference to the company by creating an environment where we can make some really amazing contributions. So I think that as long as I believe I can do it. I don’t know exactly how long it will last, but I would say 30 to 40 years. Another 40 years I will be a robot, and I will remain in this position for another 40 years. I hope I will enjoy this for a very long time.

At the time of publication of the material, Jensen Huang turned 60 years old. He has led NVIDIA since the company was founded in 1993.
