Indeed, at the very end of the game, Al Nassr got a penalty and Cristiano Ronaldo did not shoot. He let Talisca give the victory to his people.
The Portuguese preferred to leave the winning ball to Talisca. The former Benfica player did not shake (86th) and thus offered victory to Al-Nassr.
This classy gesture was hailed by Internet users. Thanks to this success, the Riyadh team retains second place in the standings, one point behind Al-Ittihad after 21 days (out of 30).
Note that the five-time Ballon d’Or, 38, has been recalled to the Portugal national team for the qualifying matches for Euro 2024.
