The security services of the Western Security Directorate continue to investigate the death of Dr. Mona Al-Srouji, a 42-year-old pharmacist, and her two daughters, Zina, 17, a high school student, and Jamila, 6, in a gas leakage accident inside the apartment in which he lives, after their bodies were found in the hall of the apartment, dead from suffocation.

The Gharbia Security Directorate received a notification from the Police, informing the residents of the presence of a gas leak in an apartment on Al-Hamzawy Street, affiliated to the Tanta First Division, and the presence of injured and deceased persons inside the apartment.
The civil protection agencies and the security forces moved to the place of the communication, and it was found that a pharmacist and her two children died, and the husband was injured, and they were taken to the hospital.
The initial inspection showed that there was a gas leak inside their apartment, which led to the death of Mona A., a pharmacist, and her two daughters, Zina A.A., and her sister, Jamila A.A., and the injury of their father.
The Public Prosecution Office was notified, which ordered all necessary legal measures to be taken regarding the incident.
