“Self-employed workers” can, from 02/21/2023, benefit from a total rebate of late payment surcharges and recovery costs relating to their claims until 06/30/2023, announced the Caisse Nationale Social Security (CNSS).
In a press release, the CNSS informs “all professionals, self-employed workers and self-employed persons exercising a liberal activity, hereinafter referred to as Self-employed Workers, that they can, from 02/21/ 2023, benefit, pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 03/2023, from a total remission of late payment surcharges and recovery costs relating to their claims until 06/30/2023”.
To benefit from this measure, Self-Employed Workers must settle the amount of the principal claim, either in full, or through a payment facility arrangement of up to 24 months, the statement explains.
Full payment of the debt in principal is made via the electronic link dedicated to Non-Salaried Workers: https://www.cnss.ma/bpc-payement/assure/tns/ or through local points, remember -we.
With regard to the payment of the claim in principal under a payment facility arrangement, the CNSS has set up a dedicated electronic service through the MACNSS portal, accessible via the following link: https://macnss .ma/remise-tns.
