While blood supplies have struggled to return to a truly satisfactory level since the start of the year, the EFS organized a collection in L’Isle-en-Dodon.
It received 37 donors and 34 bags of blood collected. The donors were very happy with the snacks served, made available by the volunteers from L’Isle-en-Dodon, who were all in place.
“The EFS and the Association of Volunteer Blood Donors of L’Isle-en-Dodon hope to remobilize donors from the next collection (Friday, June 2)” comments Dr. Marie-Christine Guehl. “Especially since this collection is scheduled just after the long weekends in May and before the summer period – often difficult times for the supply of blood products”.
