Staff in the Russian presidency do not use smartphones to send non-public information.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Russian presidency, Dmitry Peskov, TASS reported.
This is the rule regardless of the model or program the phones are running. From April 1, there are new rules for staff.
It is explained that smartphones cannot be used for business messages. Peskov explained that these are very transparent devices.
It really doesn’t matter what program they’re running. Therefore, official messages and materials are not sent through them.
