There are jobs that can be exhausting…
Rice wetlands.- They have just revealed that the employees who work in pages nopor they have to review an average of 700 videos a day to “moderate” the content, and it must be exhausting work.
This was revealed by the documentary “The climax of the million” by Netflixwhich showed the work of these tireless individuals who have to review more than 700 clips a day to make sure there is no content that violates the rules of the website.
Watching videos all day may not be as fun as it sounds
A compilation was made in the program (to use the jargon to this) of testimonials from former moderators who have worked on these pages, who explain some details of their work:
“Each moderator had to review 700 videos a day, but we were expected to do more,” explains one of them with half-squinted eyes.

In the same way, it is specified that this moderation work is carried out in Canada and Cyprus, where these tireless individuals work watching video after video looking for something that is not right, which opens up the range of many situations that may seem “normal” to someone and not to others.
“Each of these moderators was tasked with watching 800 to 1,000 videos per eight-hour shift. And that is impossible. So of course they were fast-forwarding, skipping parts, no sound, which is key because sometimes the women or children in the video are crying, yelling, saying ‘No’ or saying Stop, and they don’t pick up any of it. ”, adds one of those subjects who was left with permanent torticollis pain.

Much of the work of these employees was to be able to determine the age of the actors, something difficult to determine due to the sequence shots of the video that did not always show the identification of the flexible participants.
“They could be 14 years old or they could be 19 years old. Basically, we were just guessing. My manager would then decide if the video would be removed forever or reposted. The rules were constantly changing ”, they finally add in the humid documentary.
