Lawyer Werner Dorß raises serious allegations against the Wuppertaler Stadtwerke (WSW). “There is an initial suspicion of commercial fraud,” the energy law expert claimed last week on public television. With a view to the price brakes, he even speaks of the suspicion of subsidy fraud.
