Central Java Regional Police Dismisses 5 Police Personnel Mediators Over Failure to Recruit Non-Commissioned Officers!

Central Java Police sacked 5 police officers who brokered non-commissioned officer recruitment. It is planned that the persons with Dishonorable Dismissal (PTDH) will be held at a hearing on Monday (20/3) tomorrow.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Regional Police, Kombes M Iqbal Alqudusy, said that the Head of the Central Java Police, Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, would chair the hearing and hand down the PTDH sentence tomorrow Monday. And on Wednesday (22/3) a ceremony will be held with other persons who have also been sentenced to PTDH.

“It is also planned that on Wednesday the person concerned will immediately have a ceremony together with PTDH members in other cases,” said Iqbal, reported by Antara. detikJatengSunday (19/3/2023).

He explained officially, the five personnel were currently undergoing a criminal investigation process conducted by the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Central Java Regional Police.

“Kompol AR, Kompol KN, AKP CS, Bripka Z, and Brigadier EW are being examined by the Ditreskrimsus team, the process is already underway. Investigators are also gathering additional evidence for the KKN actions they carried out,” he explained.

“As stated in article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The evidence is currently being collected and strengthened by investigators,” he added.
