Two people were killed and ten wounded in an attack on Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine, the governor of the area says.
Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko of Donetsk accuses Russia of using cluster bombs against a park and of damaging dozens of apartment blocks.
– They deliberately went after the city and tried to kill as many civilians as possible, writes Kyrylenko on Telegram.
Journalists from the AFP news agency say that they heard about ten explosions at about the same time and saw smoke over a park in the south of the city. They say a woman died at the scene from her injuries.
Mayor Oleksandr Gontsharenko confirms that two people were killed by cluster bombs.
– Russia continues to spread terror, he writes on Facebook.
