Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi revealed the causes of headaches on the first days of Ramadan.
Al-Khudairi said, through his Twitter account: “The headache in the first two or three days of Ramadan is normal and natural for several reasons, including getting used to coffee and getting used to it in the morning. The headache comes in the morning, noon, or evening coffee, so it is in the evening, and the headache may be due to a change in the eating and sleeping regime.” For some, constipation may occur in the first two days, and all of them will disappear on the fourth day.
And he continued: “For those who are addicted to morning coffee, whatever it is, to avoid headaches and (the morning coffee brew during fasting), rest assured that your mood will adjust on the third day after acclimatization, or get used to moving (the coffee brew to breakfast time or after Maghrib prayer)” and he advised them to delay the morning coffee until noon or as far as possible to increment.
