The 32-year-old was arrested and charged with threatening via social media. These are comments he would have made over a period of several months.
“After being questioned by law enforcement authorities, Mr. Kola’s behavior escalated, and he reiterated his promise that he would proceed with the actions he spoke of,” said federal prosecutor Damian Williams. , in a press release.
Images were even issued, showing text messages sent by Ridon Kola directly to the police explaining how he intended to go about it. The messages were sent on March 9.
