After a few years of illness, our brother theFather Marc BOURGUIN joined the house of the Father on this morning of March 16, 2023.
Born in 1961 in Oran, he was ordained a priest on June 24, 1990. That year, he was appointed Vicar at the parish complex of Calvisson then, in 1992, Vicar at the parish complex of Aigues-Vives, of which he became Pastor in 1999.
That same year, he was appointed “additionally” military chaplain for the Gard Gendarmerie, then full-time military chaplain in 2001.
It was in 2016 that he returned to the diocese of Nîmes. He was then named Pastor of the parish complex of La Calmette.
Funerals of Father Marc Bourguin will be celebrated, and presided over by the Bishop, the Friday March 24 at 2 p.m. in the St Julien church in LA CALMETTE.
It will be possible to go and pray with our deceased brother (church of La Calmette):
– Sunday from 11:30 a.m.
– Monday all day.
We entrust him to the Mercy of God in the hope that God invites him as a good and faithful servant to enter into the joy of his master.
We also pray for his loved ones, especially his brothers.
The priests of the diocese would like to celebrate a mass for the repose of the soul of their confrere.
