“Tension mounts in Dijon as protestors demonstrate against pension reform following National Assembly’s 49.3 decision”

In a press release, the prefect Franck Robine “strongly condemns the damage and violence in progress during the undeclared demonstration today in Dijon”.

According to the prefecture, “about 700 people” were gathered. “Several dozen violent elements dispersed in the city center, attacked the police and committed damage,” said the prefecture.
