“There are 17 houses in total, as many as 5 houses destroyed, and 18 families are inhabited. But overall the position is in the black zone. You can’t live there, let alone build there,” said Dedie after accompanying the Minister of Transportation Budi Karya to review the condition of the hanging rails. landslide, Friday (17/3).

Dedie said that 17 houses at the landslide site in Sirnasari Village, Empang Village, Bogor City, were under a 30-meter-high cliff and were at the mouth of the fast-flowing Cisadane River. The 17 houses stand on the land of PT KAI and the West Java Natural Resources Management Agency (PSDA).

“There must be a distance between the drainage, the river and the settlement. This is also the same, especially on the right side of the settlement is the swift Cisadane River, on the left side there is a steep cliff more than 30 meters high. We urge people not to take risks and risk their lives to stay in that location,” said Dedie.

“Hopefully we can work together later on treatment so that no more people live below (the landslide site), which is indeed included in the PSDA land and part of PT KAI’s land. So don’t take risks by living in dangerous places, that’s the point. ,” added Deddy.
