The United Nations committee alleges that Russia conducted war crimes in Ukraine.

GENEVA – A panel of experts commissioned by the UN Human Rights Office has found that Russian forces have attacked civilians in Ukraine and committed torture and massacres in occupied territories. The committee’s report was released on the first anniversary of the Ukraine war. The report points out that a missile attack killed several people who sought refuge in the theater in Mariupol.

The report also states that Russia continues to persecute the people of Ukraine by disrupting electricity and water supply systems. The report also mentions the human rights violations committed by the Ukrainian forces. Meanwhile, Poland has announced that it will soon provide Ukraine with 4 MiG-29 fighter jets to counter Russian aggression.
