Ivanka Kirkova is currently suing for wrongful dismissal as head of the RUO. We remind you that she was reinstated to the management post on April 28, 2022, but on April 29, her employment was terminated again. On August 2, 2022, the Plovdiv Administrative Court issued a decision to revoke the dismissal order of the Minister of Education and Science from April 27. The Ministry of Education and Culture appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court. The case is due to be heard in April.
