NY. NYPD reports that this afternoon, he received an emergency call, after an out of control car run over six people, including two girls, en Washington Heights.
The accident happened around 6:10 p.m., when for unknown reasons, a vehicle lost control and plunged onto a sidewalk at Broadway and West 190th Street, in front of the RG Ortiz funeral home.
Three men and one woman suffered leg injuries, while two girls suffered nosebleeds.
It is not known if they have already been discharged, nor the seriousness of their injuries.
The six injured were taken to a nearby hospital.
The accident is being investigated.

In October 2022, the MTA announced Board approval to order an additional 640 R211 subway cars, bringing the total number of new subway cars to 1,175 over the next two years.
