WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA — Mahendra Dito S alias Dito Mahendra’s house on Jalan Erlangga V, Number 20, Senopati, South Jakarta, was searched by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Monday (13/3/2023).
A number of KPK officers seemed busy conducting searches at Dito Mahendra’s house.
Later, police officers were seen standing guard in front of the house.
The search was still ongoing, until Monday evening.
A number of members of the media were not allowed to enter to see the search going on.
The search was related to the alleged corruption and money laundering cases of former Supreme Court (MA) Secretary Nurhadi Abdurrachman.

“The information we received is true that there was a search by the KPK investigators team at a house in South Jakarta, allegedly where the witness Dito M. lived. This is currently still ongoing,” said Head of KPK Reporting Section Ali Fikri in a written statement, Monday (13/3/2023) .
According to Ali, the search was carried out after Nurhadi’s alleged Money Laundering Crime (TPPU).
“The investigation into alleged corruption and money laundering is suspected of NHD,” he said.

Previously, Dito Mahendra was present to fulfill summons by KPK investigators, after being absent three times.
In April 2021, the KPK announced that it had opened a new investigation regarding allegations of giving bribes, receiving gratuities and money laundering which are closely related to the cases of former Lippo Group officials Eddy Sindoro and former Supreme Court Secretary Nurhadi.
However, the KPK has not yet explained the details of the case and the suspects in the investigation.
“The application of this ML was because there were allegations that there had been a change in form and disguise from the alleged proceeds of corruption to the purchase of assets of economic value such as property or other assets,” said Ali.
At that time, Dito chose to remain silent after undergoing an examination at the KPK’s Red and White Building.
