For a long time, Guatemalan society has wondered about the causes of its immobility in the face of the grotesque abuses of the Giammattei government and its criminal court. Perhaps because of this inactivity, the Pact of Sociopaths, no longer just corrupt, has decided to ride the wave of global autocracy.
