A total of 48,000 pediatric vaccines and 18,000 bivalents against Covid-19 have entered the country during the month of March, according to the Ministry of Health.
So far this year, 72,000 pediatric doses for infants between 5 and 11 years of age and 54,000 bivalent doses for adults have been received.

The bivalent vaccine will only be used as a booster for the fourth and fifth doses.

“It is important to remind the population that vaccines save lives, for this reason we urge the population to complete the schemes,” said Rodrigo Marín, director of the Health Surveillance Directorate of the Ministry of Health.
All these doses were delivered to the Fund to continue the vaccination process against Covid-19.
