The trainer of Mol Fehérvár, Gábor Toldi saw a low quality match.
“The weather took its toll, the wind made it difficult for the teams. Paks did more to win this match, we couldn’t even come out of the psychological scene that we equalized before the break. We didn’t play the way we should have in the second half: longer balls with the help of the wind, keeping the ball in the opponent’s half – I didn’t see any of that back. There is a psychology to this, we work a lot on how to react in these situations, but unfortunately we still have a lot of work to do.”
National Sport asked about: after the poor results, how long do you think the patience of the club managers will last?
“This should be asked of them in the first place.”
GÁBOR TOLDI’S PRESS RELEASE
The head coach of Paks, György Bognár according to him, his team won a well-deserved victory.
“Despite the fact that the first half was tied, we could have at least gained a two-goal advantage. In the second half, we kept the opponent under pressure even against the wind, except for the last six minutes. If a team can fight like this and defend with the exception of one or two starts, then it deserves success.”
