The Rainbow Club announced today (19th) that it will terminate the contract with NIJISANJI EN seventh-generation student Zaion LanZa from now on, and disclose Zaion LanZa’s behavior that did not comply with official regulations in the past.
Zaion LanZa debuted as a member of XSOLEIL in December last year. Officially suspended her live broadcast activities in January and all activities since February. The official announcement today stated that during the suspension period, she had many discussions with her and tried to train her against the official norms, however, her behavior and understanding of the rules did not improve.
In addition, the announcement also directly listed Zaion’s multiple violations during the event, as many as 12 of which included live broadcasts and internal information leaks.
• Unauthorized use of copyright protected songs
• Disclosure of inside information
• Use personal SNS to transmit statements that may lead to speculation or leak internal information during the suspension of activities
• Make discriminatory and sexually offensive remarks
• Repeatedly violated the rules (including willful infringement) related to the use of games defined by ANYCOLOR Inc. and repeatedly provided false justifications to ANYCOLOR Inc. for these infringements
• Express interest in streaming with illegal games (also known as pirated games)
• Comments during the live stream that may be considered offensive to the game’s copyright holder
• Giving other NIJISANJI EN Livers false information about the content of her communications with ANYCOLOR Inc.
• Falsely claiming to be licensed by ANYCOLOR Inc. after a viewer commented that Zaion violated the prohibition of the Official Rules
• Falsely claiming to be sponsored by a brand during a live stream
• Liked defamatory comments belonging to NIJISANJI Livers and ANYCOLOR Inc. using SNS run by her personally
• Numerous other violations of contracts and rules and comments
