This round table will focus on market failures in the areas of education and employment. Participants will explore how best to act across sectors to sustainably train, employ and retain health and personal care workers who realize the ambitions of universal health coverage, health security and sustainable development goals. Measures that political leaders can take to increase the supply of health and personal care workers, ensure that they are more competent and distributed equitably will also be studied.
