The benefits available to taxpayers.
The Municipality of Ciudad del Este reported benefits for taxpayers who pay their taxes on time, in addition to providing multiple payment facilities through technological innovations implemented in the current administration.
In the real estate tax area, benefits are provided for taxpayers who have paid their 2022 tax on time, with an advantageous scale. For citizens who pay in this month, the real estate tax discount is 8%.
The discounts are applied to the punctual payment of the basic real estate tax, but not to fees and additional fees. In addition, taxpayers are reminded that they can request the pre-settlement of their taxes, following the steps for the corresponding payment, without having to leave their homes or offices, through the Japaga System, at: www.mcde.gov.py
