Tomorrow, the first round of the UAE Powerboat Championship – Category Three will start on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, in a strong return to the competitions of this old classic championship on the map of marine sports in the country. The championship is held over three days, organized by the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, and ends on Sunday with the final and main race for the round. Champions with a strong history of competition are participating in the tour, most notably the Abu Dhabi Team 4 and 5 boats, the Dubai Police boat, and the Kuwaiti boat Raheeb.
The events begin with the preparation of the participating boat camp and the arrival of the contestants today, in addition to important technical sections tomorrow with the official registration and technical examination of the boats, in addition to free trials on the race track and testing the track details for the participants.
On Saturday, the competitions for breaking the kilometer and trying to record the best time will start, then the main race on Sunday and the end of the round.
