Al-Marsad Newspaper: Cardiology consultant Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr revealed false information circulating in WhatsApp groups regarding cleaning the arteries of the heart.
Al-Nimr said, through his Twitter account: Recently, a mixture was spread on WhatsApp to “clean the arteries,” which is both wrong and dangerous information.
He explained that there is no such thing in medicine as cleaning the arteries of the heart, indicating that it is dangerous because some patients left his original treatments to try them, and his condition deteriorated.
