Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the offenders in the Eastern Province, and the following is its text:
قال الله تعالى (إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُون اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهٌ وَيَسْعَوْن فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنْفوْا مِن الأَرْضِ ذلِكَ لهُمْ خَزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذابٌ عَظِيمٌ).
Haider bin Nasser bin Jaseb Al Tahifah – a Saudi national – joined a terrorist cell that aims to destabilize the country’s internal security, kill and assault security men, destroy public property, carry out acts of vandalism and chaos, shoot security men, possess and throw bombs. (Maltoof) on the cars of the security authorities, carrying weapons and moving around with it in order to terrify the safe and destabilize security, and by referring him to the Specialized Criminal Court, a document was issued against him stating that he was guilty of what was attributed to him, and the judgment to kill him as a punishment, and the ruling was supported by his reference, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided legally and supported From his reference to the aforementioned offender. The death sentence was implemented as a ta’zir punishment for the offender, Haider bin Nasser Al Tahifah, on Tuesday 8/15/1444 AH corresponding to 3/7/2023 AD in the Eastern Province.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings in all those who transgress against the safe and spill their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to commit such criminal terrorist acts that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
