The 41-year-old Ukrainian Svetlana Voronenko was caught drinking heavily in Sunny Beach. Police officers from RU-Nessebar stopped her for a check around 2 o’clock in the morning after they saw the Subaru Legas meandering down the street in the area of the Perla Hotel.
It turns out that the car with Ukrainian registration was driven by the 41-year-old refugee residing in Bulgaria with temporary protection.
The coroner found that Svetlana was driving after consuming alcohol with a concentration of 1.82 per million. The Ukrainian woman refused to give blood for chemical analysis. She is detained for up to 24 hours. Work on the case continues.
