Requirements:
– Bachelor or Graduate of Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
– Specialization in Marketing and/or Sales. – Living in the surrounding areas of Carabayllo (desirable).
– 03 years of experience in similar positions, forming and leading high performance teams.
Functions:
– Execute the commercial strategy of the company.
– Prepare and control sales budget.
– Coordinate with the warehouse area the stock of the products in order to guarantee the sale and delivery of the product.
– Coordinate with the production manager the execution of new products requested by customers.
– Establish a sales control system and ensure compliance with the commercial conditions agreed with customers.
– Ensure good communication between customers and the company, promoting better service and customer satisfaction, generating loyalty.
– Develop and monitor marketing plans for current and future products of the company.
– Organize market research to assess purchasing trends. – Supervise advertising campaigns.
– Supervise the personnel that fulfills the established functions.
