According to Orphé Migolet Mousighou, manager of this SME citizen, this operation started by the city of Lastourville is welcomed by the populations. A situation which did not leave the head of the Seeg agency in Koula-Moutou indifferent, Bongo Mouke, who for his part declared that “this company’s mission was to rehabilitate the water supply trenches made by Seeg in the towns of Koula-Moutou and Lastourville.»

It should be noted that the town of Koula-Moutou is nearly 70% paved, but the destruction of this bitumen, caused by partners such as Seeg, is sometimes decried by the populations of the said town.
