Rumors are progressing after Nintendo’s latest move

Rumors about Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch Pro have been circulating in the past few years. Despite the number of leaks, we have yet to see an official move from Nintendo. The truth is, the time has come for a new Switch console, and it looks like it’s coming soon.

Contrary to previous rumors that were referring to the Nintendo Switch Pro with revamped hardware, it looks like Nintendo will be moving straight into a new generation. Obviously, we believe Nintendo Switch 2 will be compatible with existing Switch games, providing a seamless upgrade.

The Nintendo Switch 2 continues to make the rounds across the web

The latest batch of Nintendo Switch 2 rumors are swirling around the internet thanks to a popular Reddit channel / GamingLeaksandRumors. Apparently, a famous Chinese leaker called “Factory Uncle” has been banned from a forum where he used to share leaks.

The factory uncle got a good level of reliability. He has been involved in several hardware leaks related to multiple Nintendo Switch models. One recent post seems to have indicated that the Nintendo Ninja were in the process of requesting a ban. This sparked rumors about a Nintendo Switch 2 launch as the brand could try to suppress leaks.

It should be noted that Factory Uncle is not the same leaker who mentioned the powerful new Nintendo Switch model that will be launched at the end of 2023.

In any case, the leaks seem to be converging on the launch of the new Nintendo Switch in late 2023 and early 2024. If this is the case, then we can expect Nintendo to make an announcement soon.

Nintendo Switch is about to celebrate its sixth anniversary. Technology has made great progress. Also, with the progression of the new generation of Sony and Microsoft, it is time for Nintendo to release new hardware.

With the imminent launch of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 would be a good way to celebrate. But if that is the case, then the announcement should take place after a few months. Powerful hardware can make Microsoft’s mission easier to bring COD to console.
