No sooner has he canceled a tour than he plans another. I’m not dying yet, says Ozzy Osbourne

He announced a month ago that he was canceling a tour that was set to begin in May 2023. “I never thought my touring days would end like this,” he wrote in a statement. But a few days ago, he said on his show Ozzy’s Boneyard that he would like to return to the tour when he can physically handle it and his condition improves.

“If I ever get back to a state where I can perform again, that will be fine,” he said. “But right now, if you told me I could go on tour, I couldn’t agree. I couldn’t handle him.’

When Ozzy announced the cancellation of the tour, he hinted that he might find another way to perform without the tedious traveling. “My crew is trying to find venues where I can perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country,” he wrote.

Ozzy Osbourne would still like to do concerts.

Ozzy also got mad at the media for making his health worse than it really is. “The stupid media is driving me crazy,” he said. “I looked in a magazine and it said I had one foot in the grave. But I’m not dying, dammit.’

The 74-year-old singer and songwriter added that the only thing that keeps him artistically alive today is recording. “But I can’t do this forever, I need people.”

He will also look into other activities. There has been talk of creating a new edition of the reality show featuring the Osbourne family. He has also recently appeared in TV commercials for Workday and the Sony Playstation VR2.
