Media mobile for digital education – Webecho Bamberg

“We know from our experience as a professional and social association,” says Ralph Korschinsky, Managing Director of KAB Bamberg, “that many people feel insecure when they use the Internet. For example, they have questions about data protection, the topic of online banking or communication in general.” In order to “reduce fears in everyday digital life,” according to a statement by the KAB, and to build security, “to show digital possibilities and enjoy of the digital world”, the KAB is now sending a media mobile on tour.

Technology expert Johannes Michel is at the wheel. He is on the road with the Medien-Mobil to introduce the latest technology. “You can hardly do without a smartphone or tablet anymore,” says Michel. “It is therefore all the more important for all generations to stick with it. Not every trend has to be followed, but the development must not pass us by.” In addition to information on the subject of digitization, the media mobile also has a number of end devices to try out in its luggage.

“If someone would like to book the Medien-Mobil, we would be delighted to hear from you. We like to go where we are needed,” says Ralph Korschinsky.

The mobile will make its next stop on March 6th at 2:30 p.m. at the library in Oberhaid. More stations in March are on the 7th in Scheßlitz, on the 13th in Oberailsfeld and on the 30th in Johannistal.
